About Community Health Services
Community Health Service provides clinical services through 14 public health
centers (plus a satellite site on Skid Row), conducts surveillance and medical case management of reportable communicable diseases, contains the spread of communicable diseases, and provides numerous outreach activities to engage the community as active participants to improve the health of residents.
