There are four unique processes required to get access to Sage.  For detailed information, please see the "Sage User Onboarding/Offboarding and Privilege Management" guide. For detailed information on the Sage Access Groups, please see the "Sage Access Group Descriptions" guide.

• C Number Creation

  • Submit a request for a C Number at https://apps.dhs.lacounty.gov/cef.

• C Number Registration

  • Click on "Registering Your C Number, Creating Your Password, and Multi-Factor Authentication" to create a password/reset password, register your C number, and setup your multi-factor authentication.

• Sage Registration

  • Complete the Sage ProviderConnect User Creation form to create your Sage Account and submit to sageforms@ph.lacounty.gov.

• Sage Training

  • Complete the PCNX Training Videos for your access level.
  • Take the PCNX Training Videos Post-Test and achieve a passing score of 80% (16/20) or greater.
  • Complete the PCNX Training Attestation Form      and submit it when requesting the creation of a new Sage user account.
