Available in this section are downloadable reporting forms,
surveillance reports, and guidance on how to contact program staff for
information on reports from our epidemiology unit and

CDC’s Division of STD Prevention
has an STD Treatment Guidelines
app. “STD Tx Guide” is designed to help users easily
access information in the CDC STD Treatment
Guidelines 2010. Medical providers who use this app
will have a quick access to information about the
diagnosis and treatment of STDs and the useful
booklet, “A Guide to Taking a Sexual History.” The
app is available for both Apple and Android devices
and can be downloaded for free from the iTunes and
Google Play Stores. For more information about
