Healthy Living icon   Healthy Living: Healthier Every Day

Healthy living is something you do every day. When you develop a collection of good habits, it’ll help you to avoid falling into a pattern of unhealthy behavior. Building these good habits takes preparation and practice. It might not happen right away for you, but take it one day at a time. Make your lifestyle today a little healthier than it was yesterday!

When you're developing a healthy lifestyle, think about:
  • Being active everyday
  • Eating a balanced diet, including plenty of fresh food
  • Getting enough sleep
  • Seeing your doctor for regular checkups and preventive care
  • Having good relationships with people you love and trust

Here are some resources to help you make good choices and develop a healthy, happy lifestyle.
