It is not uncommon for many of us to feel mistreated or wronged by our employers or organizations. We believe that we deserve better pay, safer work environments, more respect, more time off, more resources, and all this may be true. Seeking change and reform earnestly and ethically is one thing, the problem is when we begin to feel stuck, to feel powerless to effect change and remain as martyrs, “it’s us and them”.
