The Sector Engagement Team (SET) sustains and builds on sector relationships developed during the COVID-19 pandemic, expanding Public Health's ability to disseminate and retrieve information on emerging health topics across diverse sectors. SET also develops and supports internal infrastructure and systems to facilitate coordination and collaboration among Public Health programs, other County departments, and diverse community stakeholders.

The Sector Engagement Team supports a healthier LA County by engaging with sector partners to provide public health updates and answer specific public health-related questions. Sector partners and the general public may call the InfoLine for any Public Health questions. Operators will create a ticket and route inquiries appropriately. The Public Health InfoLine may be reached at 833-540-0473 every day (except holidays) from 8 am - 8 pm (Pacific Time).
