This 8 hour class provides a general overview of the CPSP model of care as well as Title 22 (CCR) program requirements. It includes an introduction to the following: initial assessment, trimester reassessments, postpartum assessment, psychosocial mandated reporting requirements, weight gain grids, the Perinatal Food Frequency Questionnaire (PFFQ), individualized care plan development, and billing/documentation requirements.

Intended Audience: Administration, Comprehensive Perinatal Health Workers (CPHW) and others who may or may not provide direct perinatal care.
We recommend that you register for Day 1 and Day 2 at the same time to ensure you can attend both classes in the same month.
Class Time: 8:30AM - 4:30 PM
Lunch: 12:00-1:00 PM, on your own
Registration required no walk-ins accepted.
If participants arrive more than 15 minutes late,
certificates of attendance may not be given.
