This class is an overview of the CPSP model of care and Title 22 (CCR) program requirements, including initial assessment, trimester reassessments, and postpartum assessment. Using a case study, participants will get hands-on experience developing an individualized patient care plan. CPSP documentation requirements are also discussed.
