CONFERENCE REGISTRATION FORM - 2013 PERINATAL DEPRESSION TRAINING AT CLINIC * Required Fields

LOCATION: On site at provider clinic

The purpose of the Perinatal Depression training is to train CPSP providers and practitioners about mood disorders - specifically depression - that women experience during pregnancy and postpartum. The training will also promote use of the PHQ-9 depression screening tool with use of a case study, how to implement the tool in the clinic, and resources for depression.
The CPSP Provider (MD, OB/GYN, NP) is required to attend the entire two hour training.
