Dear Camp Operators, Parents, and Interested Members of the Public,
In June 2021, the Los Angeles County Board of Supervisors passed a motion directing the Department of Public Health to develop and implement health and safety regulations at Children's Camps.
On Tuesday June 28, 2022, the Board of Supervisors will discuss the proposed ordinance at the regularly scheduled Board meeting, which begins at 9:30 AM. The draft ordinance (item 4 on the agenda) was written with input from members of the community like you, and we invite you to listen and share your comments.
