Report a Foodborne Illnesses in Los Angeles County
Wholesale Food and Safety Program is responsible for screening complaints and conducting investigations of alleged foodborne illnesses in conjunction with Acute Communicable Disease Control and Public Health Laboratory.
After your report is received, we will contact you by phone for an interview:
Please be prepared to provide us with the following information:
- Your symptoms
- The foods you had eaten within 3 days before illness
- Names and locations where the food was obtained and/or eaten
- Your personal information will remain confidential
