Pomona Wellness Community offers a place for community members to gather, find resources, or participate in wellness activities. Support includes mental health, substance use, and general health and wellness resources. All activities are FREE and open to the community.

Toy Loan Program Toy Loan Program
A free program for kids to borrow toys. It works just like a library. Your child chooses and “checks out” a toy and returns it the following week.

Help Me Grow LA works with families to find and connect to services that can support their child's development (0-5 years).  Representatives can help with referrals to developmental screenings and check-ups.

Preventing Opioid Overdose

Naloxone is an emergency medicine that prevents overdose death from prescription opioids and heroin. Get a FREE Naloxone Kit!  Each session is 1 hour long.
