Pomona Wellness Community offers a place for community members to gather, find resources, or participate in wellness activities. Support includes mental health, substance use, and general health and wellness resources. All activities are FREE and open to the community.

PWC_Byoga Beginner's Yoga
Beginner’s Yoga is a unique and inclusive yoga experience that combines music with beginner-friendly techniques. Open to adults and children ages 10 years and older.  Join us!

Fun and exhilarating classes that will move your entire body. With dances that range from the Mandinka Kingdom to the Songhai Empires of Africa, you will enjoy the beautiful history and culture, while experiencing an amazing workout! Open to all ages!

Toy Loan Program Toy Loan Program
A free program for kids to borrow toys. It works just like a library. Your child chooses and “checks out” a toy and returns it the following week.

Help Me Grow Help Me Grow Family Cafe
Help Me Grow LA works with families to find and connect to services that can support their child's development (0-5 years).  Representatives can help with referrals to developmental screenings and check-ups.
