Subacute Health Care Facility Infections
We act as a liaison to non-acute health care facilities in the County, including nursing homes,
intermediate care facilities, and dialysis centers. We work with the
Health Facilities Inspection Division and the
Department of Health Services to ensure the safety of patients residing in
non-acute health care settings.
