The plan check information contains numerous documents and information relating to renovation and new pool construction.
What Do Plan Review and Inspection Fees Include
Plan review and inspection fees cover the initial evaluation of your project for compliance with all applicable health and safety requirements. Depending on the project type, fees may include the following services:
Plan Review Services - Office
- Initial Plan Review: Evaluation of submitted plans, specifications, and required documents for compliance with applicable codes and standards.
- One (1) Revised Plan Review: Review of corrected or updated plans submitted in response to required changes or clarifications.
Addition plan reviews will be charged based on current hourly rates.
Inspection Services - Field
Inspection fees may include one or more of the following, depending on the scope of the project.
All projects include:
- Final Inspection to verify compliance prior to project completion
- One (1) Final Re-inspection if corrections are required
New Pool Construction also includes:
- One (1)Pre-Gunite Inspection
- One (1) Pre-Plaster Inspection
Major Renovation also includes:
- One (1)Pre-Backfill Inspection
- One (1) Pre-Plaster Inspection
Please note: Any additional specialty inspections required due to project design, complexity, or construction sequence will require additional fees.
