Important Info: Food Demonstrator Application / Checklist / Guidelines

FOOD DEMONSTRATOR means any person who engages in the business or practice of offering or serving, without charge to the consumer, unpackaged bulk food to the public for the purpose of publicizing, advertising, or promoting the sale of food, food products or food equipment. (Los Angeles County Code, Title 8, Section 8.04.140)

Food Demonstrators under the jurisdiction of the Food and Milk Program operate from a fixed location at a licensed food establishment ONLY.
